What: Vintage racing archives and photo display, plus the IMCA Old-Timers group will have a multi-race car display out front of the Jackson Legion.

Founders’ Day Cruise In
Algona’s annual Founders Day Cruise-In moves the Kossuth County Ag & Motorsports Museum parking lot, located on the Kossuth County Fairgrounds.
Bring your classic car, motorcycle, tractor, truck or any race car to display! No cost for those showing a vehicle or attending the show.
The event will be held Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 10 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The Kossuth County Ag & Motorsports Museum will be open 10 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. during the Cruise-In.

Sprint Car 101: Doug Clark, Tom Savage & Keith Frantsen
We are excited to host flagman Doug Clark, racing historian Tom Savage and driver Keith Frantsen Sunday, November 20, 2016 for our next Sprint Car 101!
We will open the doors at 1:00 p.m., with our event starting at 2:00 p.m.
On display at our museum at Doug Wolfgang’s #8d and #4x spring cars. We also are proud to display the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame’s “Salute to Ken Schrader” photograph exhibit. We also anticipate having on display one of Keith Frantsen’s sprinters and related memorabilia.
Denny Garbers will once again have on display many vintage racing photos and artifacts. We look forward to seeing you!!

Racing Archive Display to be held at Jackson Nationals
Upper Midwest racing archives display to be held in Jackson September 3.
The Kossuth County Racing Hall of Fame and Museum (Algona, IA) joins the Jackson Racing Hall of Fame to display racing archives from the past from around the Upper Midwest.
This will include racing items and many photos from the race tracks in Jackson, Algona, Fairmont and many more. This will include all classes of race cars.
Past Jackson Speedway and Fairmont Raceway track champion Jim Edgington will be on hand to greet the fans. He was also a Minnesota State Fair champion and has been inducted in to both the Jackson Speedway and Kossuth County Racing Halls of Fame.
The archives display can be seen at the Jackson American Legion in downtown Jackson from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 3.
Food will be available and prizes will be awarded. We hope to see you there!

The annual Kossuth County Racing Hall of Fame induction ceremony takes place Saturday, August 6, 2016. All events, unless otherwise noted, take place at the museum.
